We do not guarantee that every stain, odour, mark, contaminant, or condition can be removed. Any photos, examples, estimates, or descriptions on the website are illustrative and may not reflect every property or outcome.

Scheduling changes, cancellations, deposits, payment timing, and any refund or re-service terms will be communicated in the applicable quote, booking confirmation, invoice, or service agreement. If no separate written term applies, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the circumstances fairly. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
